What does a website cost?
It depends on scope: a site with five pages is a different job from a portal with search and user accounts. Tell me what you have in mind and the budget you are working with. I will tell you honestly what fits inside it. You get a fixed price before the project starts.
Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. The first conversation takes about 30 minutes and is free and without obligation. Afterwards you know whether we are a fit, and I know enough to put together a quote.
How does payment work?
You get a fixed price before the work begins. Part of it is due when you place the order, the rest after handover. The exact split is in the quote, so you know it before you commit.
How long until the site is live?
The main factor is usually not the build but how quickly text, images and feedback arrive from your side. I give you a reliable timeframe once the scope is settled, and keep to it.
What happens if something does not work?
You write or call me directly. No ticket system, no queue. I built the site, so I know where to look. Faults that were already present at handover are fixed under the statutory warranty. Security-critical parts such as login and data storage deliberately run on established providers rather than self-built solutions, because with customer data experience matters more than building it yourself. And if you want someone looking after it permanently, there is the ongoing support.
Do I own the website afterwards?
Yes. Content, design and source code transfer to you. You are not tied to me and can move to someone else at any time without starting over.
Do I have to write the text myself?
Text and images usually come from you, because you know your business best. I help with structure and wording so your content turns into something people actually read.
Do you only work with companies in Vienna?
