nobody feels responsible
The site runs somehow, but nobody knows exactly where it is hosted, who manages the domain, or when a backup was last made.

A website is not finished when it goes live. Updates, backups, small changes and the question of who to call when something breaks. That is what I take over, with one consistent contact instead of shifting responsibilities.

A new phone number, an updated paragraph, a new photo. Small things that have been waiting for months because nobody has time.
You do not want to sort through update notices and hosting invoices. You want it to work.
Free and without obligation, about 30 minutes. We work out what you have, what you want to hand over and whether I can take it on.
I review what exists and bring access, domain and hosting into a documented state. Often that alone is half the benefit.
Updates, backups and monitoring happen in the background. Ideally you never notice them.
There are two change rounds a month. You collect what needs changing, I sit down once and work through the batch. Significant faults are fixed immediately, independently of that.
Yes. I first review what the site is built on and what condition it is in, then give you a firm answer on whether and on what terms I can take it on.
It depends on scope and on how much ongoing change is expected. After a look at the existing site you get a fixed monthly amount rather than billing by the hour.
There are two change rounds a month. You collect what needs changing, I work through the batch in one go. Typical items are text, images, contact details or opening hours. Significant faults are fixed immediately, independently of that. Larger rebuilds are a separate job, and I tell you in advance when something falls into that category rather than quietly billing for it.
No. About 30 minutes, free and without obligation. In it we work out what you have and what you want to hand over. Afterwards you get a concrete proposal.
No. If you want to end the arrangement you get all access and data and can move on without friction. I have no interest in a support relationship that only holds through dependency.
Uptime is monitored, so I usually notice an outage before you or your customers report it. What happens within what timeframe is agreed in writing beforehand, so nobody has to guess when it matters.
